ACCENT Project Office

The primary assignment of the Project Office is to ensure connections among the different network instances and to provide support to the governance bodies.

The ACCENT Project Office, located at the University of Urbino, is chaired by Michela Maione, Executive Secretary. Annalisa Geniali and Laura Dini are part of the staff, Jgor Arduini is the web contact person.

Other tasks of the Project Office are:

  • monitor the Network joint activities;
  • manage the administration of the Network;
  • ensure efficient contacts between the Co-ordinator , the Partners, the ACCENT Associates , and among the Partners themselves;
  • prepare the agenda, working papers and provide secretarial support for meetings of the General Assembly, the Managing Committee and other formally constituted ACCENT bodies;
  • handle the necessary correspondence on behalf of the ACCENT committees and of the Network as a whole;
  • provide assistance to the Co-ordinators and steering groups of the subprojects and tasks;
  • produce periodical reports for internal use of the Network, for distribution outside the Network, those required by the European Commission, and to maintain contacts with the press on behalf of the Co-ordinator and Network as a whole;
  • arrange, as necessary, meetings, workshops and symposia at all levels throughout ACCENT.
