The Expert workshop was sponsored by the following ACCENT Groups

  • T&TP (organisation)
  • Access to Emission Data
  • Access to Laboratory Data
  • Aerosols
  • AT2
  • BIAFLUX
  • Modelling

The aims are

  • To identify and review the key uncertainties in the land-atmosphere (emission), atmospheric processing (laboratory data) removal, of VOC in the atmosphere.
  • To provide a basis for future collaborative research priorities in this are
It will be organised around three discussion groups:

Local, regional and global processing of VOC
Uncertainties in the atmospheric chemical processing of VOC
Emissions of VOC from vegetation and removal of VOC and organic aerosols from the atmosphere

Attendance at the workshop is by invitation only and invitations will be sent out in June. Firther information from the Deputy Coordinator of T&TP, Peter Borrell
