ACCENT Training Workshop in China
Guangzhou, China, 9-12 October 2008
The last ACCENT Training Workshop for Early Career Scientists will be conducted in China, and will be jointly organised between the School of Life Sciences, Department of Ecology, Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou (Associated Partner to ACCENT T&E), and the University of Berne, Switzerland. Both, science and soft skills subjects will be taught (e-learning / classroom), including training in interdisciplinary collaboration and science communication. A Café Scientifique for Politicians and the Public will also be held on the campus of Sun Yat-Sen University (with the School of Public Administration). A full programme of the event will soon be available.
