GEIA/ACCENT Emission Data portal

 

The GEIA/ACCENT emission data portal in now on-line. It is developed within a cooperation between ACCENT and the GEIA/AIMES/IGBP project. Global and regional inventories are available, which provide the distributions of emissions resulting from anthropogenic activities, biomass burning and natural processes.
 

The GEIA /ACCENT emission data portal provides gridded data from several inventories for following emission categories:

  • anthropogenic (technological + biofuel + agriculture waste burning)
  • biomass burning from wild lands (forest fires + savannah fires)
  • natural: vegetation and oceans emissions
