Accent Plus Project - Atmospheric Composition Change, the European Network

No single country has all of the required infrastructures for a complete description of atmospheric processes; therefore, a pan-European approach is required. Support of  Transnational Access” was a highly successful activity within ACCENT. Today, the relevant infrastructures (e.g., EUROCHAMP-2 as well as ACTRIS, (under negotiation with the EC)) will have the possibility to offer support for transnational access to interested scientists with their own funding. However, this transnational access can only be successful if the opportunities are internationally concerted and widely advertised. ACCENT-Plus will, via its web portal, take on this task and in this way support the various infrastructure projects in the field of atmospheric composition change.
